Conditions of participation

The athlete must be at least 18 years old on the day of the competition and be sufficiently trained and in good health. Each athlete takes part in the race at his/her own risk and danger, and assumes full responsibility for the level of his/her physical condition and ability to take part.
Registration deadline is 19.07.2024 (unless the maximum number of participants has already been reached). The athlete is registered for the competition and entered the start list only when the participation fee has been received by the organizer.
Each participant must sign the Waiver document and IUTA consent form and hand them over to the organizer at the competition briefing. Without signed Waiver and IUTA consent form the athlete will not be allowed to participate in the race.
Cancellation before May 1, 2024 - 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. Cancellation after June 1, 2024 - refund is not possible. In case of serious illness or accident of an athlete and upon presentation of a medical certificate, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded, if the cancellation is made before June 15, 2024. In case of non-attendance, the athlete is not entitled to the refund.
Payments are to be made only by bank transfer.
Bank details will be sent after submitting the registration form via the website.
All bank transfer fees must be paid by the participant. The payment must be made in euros (EUR).
