Conditions of participation

  • The athlete must be at least 18 years old on the day of the competition and be sufficiently trained and in good health. Each athlete takes part in the race at his/her own risk and danger, and assumes full responsibility for the level of his/her physical condition and ability to take part.
  • Registration deadline is 18.07.2025 (unless the maximum number of participants has already been reached). The athlete is registered for the competition and entered the start list only when the participation fee has been received by the organizer.
  • Each participant must sign the Waiver document and hand it over to the organizer at the competition briefing. Without signed Waiver the athlete will not be allowed to participate in the race.
  • Cancellation before May 31, 2025 - 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. Cancellation after June 1, 2025 - refund is not possible. In case of serious illness or accident of an athlete and upon presentation of a medical certificate, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded, if the cancellation is made before June 15, 2025. In case of non-attendance, the athlete is not entitled to the refund.
  • Payments are to be made only by bank transfer.
    Bank details will be sent after submitting the registration form via the website.
    All bank transfer fees must be paid by the participant. The payment must be made in euros (EUR).

Bike course

  • The cycling course has been officially measured by a person accredited by World Athletics/AIMS. The length of one cycling loop is 5,847 meters.

  • The course profile is relatively flat, and when choosing the route, the goal was to avoid turns that would require slowing down to a minimum or coming to a complete stop. The course is mostly not illuminated during nighttime hours.

  • Only full laps are counted in the results. This means that the final lap will only be included if the finish line is crossed before the 24-hour time limit expires – if the rider reaches the finish line after the control time has ended, that lap will not be included in the official result.

Competition Center

The Competition Center is located in the building of the Vinni Sports Complex and in front of it.

Participants bike each lap in front of the tents in the Competition Center, where their helpers can hand them food, drink and other necessities. Tents and toilets will also be located there.
